Do you charge extra for soiling or any other extras?

No, this is another area I feel that some nannies fail their little ones. A little boys nappy can be messy - that's part of looking after a baby and so individual nappy changes shouldn't ever be a chargeable per incident event. That's just not right.

There is of course no additional charge for any of the more specialised services also, but I feel that it is wiser to take these as part of a longer stay at the nursery than a single hour booking to make sure you are not rushed. Pooping on demand is not easy for even the most experienced Adult baby and rushing against a time limit never helps nature.
