A sissy baby is usually a male AB/DL who mixes gender play with adult baby play. This cross-dressing usually involves stereotypical or overly exaggerated "little girl" clothing, such as frilly panties or dresses and overtly feminine pastimes or entertainment during their stay, We are very well equipped at the nursery to allow the little sissy lots and lots of frilly dresses and pants to chose from as they play, and we encourage crafts and baking and even sewing and other feminine skills that they can learn with mother to grow up to be a big girl.
Its fair to say that the majority of Sissies are not necessarily transsexual or trans gender in any way, just sometimes expressing an alter ego that is a baby girl, they in all likeliness probably might not wish to be an adult woman at all other times. Alternatively, some trans gender people simply participate in age play as their gender identity as a logical extension of their trans gender life. This is a wide and complicated area and at the nursery we take the time to learn about each little's one unique set of circumstances to make sure they have the most fulfilling time possible during their stay.
Again this is common in both sexes. On the flip side some AB Women like to play as boys as much as some men like to play as girls. And the nursery caters equally for that as well, with female and experienced male carers available on request for either sex.
